One North Property Limited (One North) is a family run, residential property developer established in 2017.

 

With 18 years experience in the residential and commercial property industry, across agency, valuation and construction, Managing Director George Howie, set up One North with the foremost goal to build quality houses in rural villages and towns throughout North Yorkshire and the North East. He has been joined by his wife Kelly, whose background in finance and keen interest in interiors and architecture, complements his property and project management background.
