Exelby, Bedale, North Yorkshire
One North have begun the construction on five detached houses in the village of Exelby. Completion is expected in summer 2022.
The development has been thoughtfully designed to create five unique residences that sit in perfect architectural harmony with one another. The houses will range in size from 1,600 ft² to 2,300 ft², offering a variety of space and layouts to suit all types of families.
