On the ground floor, is an large open plan kitchen/dining area and living area, hallway, WC and utility area. The front and rear garden provide ample outdoor living space to appreciate the idyllic surroundings.

Little Smeaton, North Yorkshire
The Little Smeaton development was a true restoration project, that converted a dilapidated barn into a stunning family home.
The five bedroom, five bathroom home, with open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, was designed and constructed to be both sympathetic to its working heritage and take advantage of the breathtaking surrounds. The interiors were designed with a neutral pallet in mind, lending themselves to a multitude of tastes. Log burners, underfloor heating and quality appliances and fittings, have made this unique property.
