COMPLETED DEVELOPMENTS

The Northcote, Whorlton, County Durham

DSC_0441_2_3_4.JPG
In 2020, One North Property completed the construction of three 'barn style' family houses in the beautiful Teesdale village of Whorlton.

The houses were designed to sympathetically reflect the architecture and aesthetics of Whorlton. All houses were detached and offered a spacious layout of approximately 2,000 ft² of space, including single garages. Each house comprises four good sized bedrooms, the master with en suite bathroom. On the ground floor, is a large open plan kitchen/dining area and living area, hallway, WC and utility area. The front and rear garden provide ample outdoor living space to appreciate the idyllic surroundings.

Whorlton, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a quintessentially English period village, which is protected by its conservation area status. This village is positioned approximately four miles west of the historically significant market town of Barnard Castle, with shops, restaurants and schools just a short journey away.

Little Smeaton, North Yorkshire

The Little Smeaton development was a true restoration project, that converted a dilapidated barn into a stunning family home.

The five bedroom, five bathroom home, with open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, was designed and constructed to be both sympathetic to its working heritage and take advantage of the breathtaking surrounds. The interiors were designed with a neutral pallet in mind, lending themselves to a multitude of tastes. Log burners, underfloor heating and quality appliances and fittings, have made this unique property.
