However for that extra peace of mind, all houses come with a 10 year structural warranty.

One North's structural warranties are provided by ICW,  who are specialists in residential new build structural warranties, also known as Latent Defect Insurance. The ICW warranty is underwritten by Canopius, one of Lloyd's of London, top 10 insurers and is fully supported by the all major mortgage lenders in the UK.
