The excellent summer weather has allowed our builders and specialist tradesmen to make great progress in recent weeks.

Plot 1's windows and doors were installed during June. Once water tight, our team of joiners, plasterers and electricians were able begin work on many aspects of the interiors. All the walls have been built and plastered, which gives the first insight into the generous space and proportions of this house. Electrics were installed in recent weeks and most recently log burners and surrounds built.

Plot 3 is also taking shape, with the roof being erected over last fortnight. Next up is the delivery of the windows and doors in mid August. Plot 2's stonework is now underway.
